Hola CAyetano, gracias por tu opinión. Lamentamos que la paleta no haya sido de tu agrado. Comentarte que las paletas 100% ibéricas tienen menos grasa infiltrada en la carne y más grasa alrededor de la paleta, sobretodo en la parte que jos indicas. Aun así no tend´ria que estar salada esta paleta, para nada! Si te parece envianos un mail y vemos si podemos hacer algo al respecto. Gracias!

Prosciutto arrivato in tempi rapidi. Era la prima volta che acquistavo un jamon iberico e sono rimasta delusa nell’aprirlo a vedere tanto grasso. Ma superate le prime fette grasse il prosciutto si è rivelato davvero ottimo e saporito, dal sapore pieno e avvolgente che si scioglie in bocca. Lo riacquisterò sicuramente!

Je suis franchement déçu, l'épaule est tres dure à découper et il y'a très peu de chair ! on arrive tout de suite sur l'os et les tendons ! A ce prix je suis plutot mécontent

Je suis très satisfaite de ce produit !
Un peu grasse, mais c'est une épaule, donc normal, le gras est bon donc je ne le jette pas et je l'utilise dans des soupes (de même que l'os en fin de coupe)
