Good taste but a bit disappointed as 30% of meat was dry and hard - not eatable. Not really sure why but probably because the shoulder was more close to 3 years of curying time than 2 years.

Hello Adrian, thanks for your reviem. The Iberico shoulder hams have around 40% of meat and 60% of bone and fat. There are a part of the piece which is dryer thatn the other, the bottom part "la punta". However if the producto is not in good conditions or hasn't got the standard Jammonarium of good quality, please contact us by Email and we will find a solution. Kind regards. Alex

So good pata negra shoulder. Juicy and very tasty. You will always want to eat more, it is hard to stop slicing! Looking forward to eat it again.

This is my first time in Jamonarium and I'm really satisfy with the service and the Pata negra ham. It was not easy to place the order and Alex help me on the phone with patience. I preciatte that.
