Over de kwaliteit en smaak van deze ham alleen maar lof.
Jammer dat men geen separatie-papiertjes legt tussen de diverse tranches.
Nu plakt alles aan elkaar en is het bijna niet mogelijk om optimaal van de ham te genieten.

Difficile de me souvenir, car nous avons dégusté et comparés 5 jambons tranchés à l'aveugle et je ne me souviens plus du détail pour chacun d'entre eux. Ma conclusions fut que tous étaient vraiment bons, mais que les plus chers, ou 100% race ibérique n'étaient pas forcément toujours nos préférés. Nous avons pensé que cela pouvait dépendre aussi de quelle partie du jambon est tranchée, car nous avons remarqué avec les jambons et épaules entiers que le gout et la texture varient enormément sur le même jambon d'une zone à une autre.
