Die Maße 30 cm x 30 cm bei durchschnittlich nur 3 cm Höhe abzüglich ca. 1 cm Fett sprechen für sich. Ich werde diesen Schinken aufgrund des cuts nicht mehr kaufen. Man hätte dies auch anzeigen müssen!

Thanks for your review. We regrett you are not satisfy with the product. Just to explin a little. The debonned shoulder ham is always very thin becauseit comes from a piece, the shoulder, which has a big amount of bone and is already thinner than the ham. Next time if you prefer a wider cut it's better to purchase a ham, back leg, instead of the shoulder. I hope you still enjoy it. Kind regards
