En combinaison avec du melon, ou dans des salades composées, c'est un très bon produit avec le gout inimitable du serrano; je préfère l'acheter chez Jamonarium car ils font une très bonne sélection ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas des importateurs de jambon espagnol en France.
