Después de más de 40 años vendiendo jamón sabemos que por muy buen producto que tengamos siempre hay una pieza entre mil que sale un poco seca, o fuerte de sabor, o con mucha grasa, etc. Te propongo que nos escribas por mail y vemos que ha podido pasar con el producto. Este es un producto de máxima calidad, una paleta Bellota 50% ibérica con curación larga y muy cuidad. Gracias.

Buenísimo.Estoy muy contenta con mi compra. La hice como regalo para la familia de mi novio que es italiano, para que en Navidad hubiera también una muestra de los productos españoles. Ni que decir tiene que les gustó mucho y a mí también. La compra en lonchas ya cortadas fue un acierto en cuanto a comodidad y conservación del producto.
