Es muy bonito pero vino poco protegido. Al llover se le mojó el sobre de cartón al transportista y se mojó un poco porque dentro no venía en un plástico. Venía suelto. No viene recortado y además venía un poco despegado. Tienes que recortar tu figura por figura a mano. Podrían mejorar estos apectos.

Gracias por hacernos saber tu experiencia. Sentimos que el producto no llegara en las condiciones esperadas.

No es habitual que a los transportistas se les mojen los paquetes. Aun así, los vinilos vienen protegidos por dos capas de papel: el plástico de soporte posterior y el papel transportador superior.

Si alguna figura realmente no se puede aprovechar, puedes enviarnos unas fotos y te la reenviaremos sin problema.

En cuanto al troquelado, el producto está diseñado para ocupar el menor espacio posible en la lámina y poder incluir el máximo número de siluetas, evitando así aumentar los costes.

Diseños tal y como aparecen en las imágenes, muy buena relación calidad-precio. No le doy 5 estrellas por el inconveniente de tener que recortar tú mismo cada parte del vinilo y porque no se puedan mover o cambiar de sitio. Por lo demás totalmente recomendable.

El pedido me ha llegado en buen estado, sin embargo, no me avisó nadie de que tendría que pagar 30€ adicionales de aduanas. Esto hizo que me enterara cuando vino el repartidor de correos y que, por supuesto, me pillara desprevenida y sin el dinero en efectivo (ya que no existe otra manera de abonarlo). Además de esto, me han cobrado el 21% de IVA viviendo en Canarias donde el impuesto debe ser un 7% de IGIC

All our designs are hand-drawn by Xevi, our illustrator, one by one, without artificial intelligence. We manufacture in our Barcelona workshop using certified European materials, odour-free and non-toxic, safe for newborn babies.
