El camión es precioso y muy bien construido, el problema fue con el envío que tardó mucho más de lo que se dijo en un principio y no llegó para la fecha el cumpleaños del
Niño, habiéndolo pedido con una semana de antelación.

Bonjour Mireia, tout d'abord nous espérons que le produit vous a plu. Concernant l'expédition, les frais de port peuvent être légèrement plus élevés car il est expédié depuis l'Espagne et comme il s'agit d'un produit artisanal, la fabrication et l'expédition prennent un peu plus de temps. En tout cas, nous espérons que cela vous a plu.

Le produit est arrivé cassé dans son emballage, le SAV n’a jamais répondu à mes emails, avec un prix de livraison de 20€ je trouve ça inadmissible !!!
J’ai dû réparer moi-même l’essieu du camion.
