Ha tardo un poco la entrega, de hecho he tenido que ir a recogerlo al su almacen.

En dos ocasiones compré en 3DPi y sin problemas. En la primera ocasión, el producto escogido no lo tenían en stock (en la web indicaba lo contrario) y enseguida contactaron conmigo ofreciendome la devolución del dinero si no podía esperar; contesté que no tenía ningún problema en esperar y cumplieron el nuevo plazo de entrega. En la segunda ocasión, todo fue sobre ruedas. Saludos cordiales.

El envio me tardo mas de la cuenta tres días mas y lo dejarón sin aviso a otra persona que no era yo. Aun estoy esperando el obsequio que me dijeron que me iban a enviar por las molestias.

Hola Javier, hacemos lo imposible para que las entregas se hagan en tiempo aun siendo el envio gratuito. Intentemos estar atentos a todas las entregas para que la empresa cumpla con los plazos y como puedes entender es muy complejo con tantos envios.

Tal y como te comentamos por teléfono recibirás en breve el obsequio por las molestias, estos dias de tantísimos envios las agencias estan a tope.
