He recibido el tablero y las piezas y la verdad es que me han sorprendido por su calidad y acabado. La atención del equipo de 64jaques ha sido encomiable con respecto al problema del envío. Compré este set de ajedrez para mi sobrino y creo que voy a regalarme uno para mi mismo.

Buenas tardes,

no valoro ni el tablero ni las piezas porque aun no he recibido el envío. Tendría que haber llegado ayer, y me da que hoy tampoco va a llegar.
En el seguimiento del envío que me ha proporcionado Correos Express primero me dicen que el destinatario ha cambiado la fecha del envío (entiendo que yo soy el destinatario y no la he cambiado), luego me dicen que no reparten porque no les han llegado todos los bultos (cuando el día anterior sí los tenían).

En fin un desastre.

Por favor, no envíen paquetes por Correos Express, son lo peor.
