Todo fenomenal. Te van informando de todo el proceso con fotografías para vayas viendo el como va quedando paso por paso y puedas hacer correcciones si lo ves necesario y el resultado fue excepcional.

No se puede pedir más. El resultado es impresionante, parece un Funko oficial. La personalización llega al detalles y los materiales son fantásticos también. Se nota la artesanía, lo que para mí le da aún más valor porque cuando lo tomas en la mano te das cuenta del trabajazo que hay detrás. No puedo subir fotos porque ya lo he envuelto para regalo, estoy deseando dárselo al modelo.

Ah, todo el proceso por etapas se sigue a la perfección con la web y el WhatsApp, he tenido cero problemas, todo lo contrario. La atención al cliente es insuperable. Repetiré.

No puedo estar más satisfecha con la experiencia. Desde el primer momento el trato ha sido cercano y muy transparente. Me contactaron por WhatsApp y pude seguir todo el proceso de creación paso a paso, participando activamente y dando mi opinión en cada fase. Todas las modificaciones que solicité fueron atendidas y, cuando alguna no era posible, me explicaron el motivo con total claridad.
El resultado final ha superado mis expectativas. Han cuidado los detalles del uniforme, la caja personalizada y el conjunto ha quedado espectacular. Lo más importante fue la reacción del destinatario, quedó totalmente sorprendido, le ha encantado.
Se nota el trabajo, la dedicación y el cariño que ponen en cada proyecto. Sin duda volvería a confiar en ellos para otro Funko personalizado. Totalmente recomendable.
