Tanto la atención al cliente como el proceso de envío son muy buenos y el resultado final está muy logrado. Si tuviera que dar algún consejo, es que a la hora de que envíen imagen por si hay algo que corregir, es que de primeras manden una foto donde pueda comprobarse más de cerca la figura y mejor iluminación. Ya que no pude notar algún detalle que me habría gustado corregir, debido a la imagen de prueba. Por todo lo demás está muy bien y mi completa recomendación👍✨

Pedimos un funko personalizado para un cumple, desde el minuto 1 super atentos a todos los detalles, cada paso que dan te informan por si hay que hacer cambios y hasta que no das el visto bueno no se avanza.
A la hora del envío super bien, llego antes de la fecha prevista, el empaquetado super cuidado, con mucha protección. Si en las fotos ya es flipante, cuando lo abres y lo ves en persona ALUCINAS, los detalles, el cuidado del producto, es una maravilla.
Sin duda calidad precio es más que razonable.
