(EDITO PARA ACTUALIZAR INFORMACIÓN YA QUE ACABO DE VER SU VERGONZOSA RESPUESTA) Muy poco profesionales, casi 1 MES para que llegue el pedido, ellos no saben en qué parte de España está, te dicen que no pueden hacer más,pasan los días y lo mismo, el mensajero no me lo entrega , cuando lo descubres después de unos días en un trastero del jardín , con una ola de calor impresionante y aparece (lo recibió una persona mayor, que tardó días en decírmelo) . Aún así decides quedarte el aceite para que acabe la odisea, a la hora de pagar no aceptan pagos rápidos como bizum, PayPal e incluso transferencia rápida ( en 2022 no me dieron más opciones) y lo más fuerte que nunca me ha sucedido, me llaman poniendo en duda la transferencia, que por su puesto les llegó, al no saber ellos interpretar la fecha (mes, día y año. ejemplo, si les llego a hacer la transferencia el 17 de febrero se creerían que es el mes 17 y el día 2...)
A pesar de su lamentable manera de elegir la peor empresa de transportista y por su puesto su fea desconfianza, creo que no llegaban a 60 €, como para haber hecho un pedido más grande, que seguridad dan...y además se atreven a acusarme de delito, muy ridícula ésta empresa, por si fuera poco , se lavan las manos, diciendo que el RETRASO DE ENTREGA DE 1 MES no es cosa suya.
Y que además no se aseguren de que sea entregado directamente al cliente dice mucho de esta empresa.
Por cierto, les invito a que se informen un poco ya que una trasferencia bancaria no se puede editar, más que nada para no hacer el ridículo en sus propias reseñas.
Primera y última vez que compro.

Hola, Cristina. Lamentamos que tu experiencia de compra con nosotros no haya cumplido tus expectativas. En Aceites La Muralla apostamos por la honestidad y la integridad como nuestros valores de base por lo que queremos aprovechar tu reseña para aclarar algunos puntos.

En primer lugar, sabemos que tu pedido de nuestro aceite de oliva virgen extra Hojiblanca tuvo un retraso de unos días por causas ajenas a nuestra almazara. La empresa de transportes tuvo problemas al encontrar tu dirección por lo que tu pedido se retrasó, por ello te ofrecemos nuestras más sinceras disculpas.

A continuación, recibimos una notificación de reembolso a tu favor desde Amazon; se te devolvió el importe a cambio de recibir nosotros de vuelta el producto, pero no fue así. El pedido sí estaba entregado en el domicilio indicado y ello estaba verificado por la empresa de transportes, aunque tú nos asegurabas que no.

A las semanas, casualmente y tras recopilar nosotros los albaranes de entrega, nos dijiste que sí había sido entregado en tu domicilio tal y como nosotros ya sabíamos. Nos comentabas que no te lo habían entregado a ti personalmente pero sí a un familiar que por algún motivo te había ocultado la recepción, por lo que te ofrecimos la opción de devolvernos la mercancía o de realizarnos el pago del producto.
Aceptaste realizarnos el pago.

Tras varias excusas por tu parte y sin recibir nosotros el importe, recibimos por tu parte un justificante de transferencia. Nuestra entidad bancaria nos confirmó de manera irrefutable que se trataba de un documento editado, lo cual, como sabrás, constituye un delito. Tras descubrirlo, al fin, nos abonaste el importe y el caso se cerró.

Aprovechamos también para informarte de que al contrario de lo que expones, disponemos los siguientes métodos de pago: PayPal, Amazon Pay, Alipay, Apple Pay, Bitcoin, tarjeta bancaria y transferencia.

Lamentamos que nuestra variedad de métodos de pago no te parezca suficiente para un comercio local.

De nuevo, sentimos que tu experiencia no haya sido la esperada, aunque no tenemos muy claro cuál era tu intención.

Esperamos que, pese a tu experiencia, hayas podido disfrutar de AOVE de una calidad excelente. Las compras a comercios locales construyen un mundo un poco más justo, por lo que queremos agradecerte tu compra aun con esta reseña negativa.
