Le moteur est venu cassé au transport. Assez réactif pour le sav. Par contre les pièces envoyer ne sont pas tous identique à l origine. Donc je n est pas pu changer certaine pièces. Tanpis.

Estimado cliente, El tiempo de entrega depende del momento y del nivel de pedidos en toda Europa que tenemos pero principalmente de los materiales comprados que o tienen logística interna mas lenta porque los sirven directamente los fabricantes o son pesados y voluminosos y tienen logística externa más lenta. Todo esto está detallado en las Condiciones Generales de Contratación que aceptan cuando realizan los pedidos. Un Saludo

Estimado cliente, No tenemos constancia en el que en el pedido de su Instituto haya llegado algo mal. Puede indicarlo en [email protected]. También aprovechamos para recordarle que somos un ecommerce o lo que es lo mismo, un comercio electrónico, ¿cómo quiere hacer los trámites por otro método que no es la web y el correo electrónico? Creo que se equivoca de tienda al querer hacer trámites por otros medios ya que no tenemos tienda física. Saludos
