Anteriormente ya había trabajadocon ellos, y seguiré haciéndolo.
Envío rápido y muy satisfactorio.
Hubo un error en elenvío de un componente en un pedido de varias docenas de items, por tener una referencia casi idéntica, (sólo era diferente la última cifra); y seguramente por un error de tecleado al confeccionar el pedido.
A pesar de dicho error, perfectamente comprensible, el fallo se solucionó rápida y eficazmente, enviando de inmediato la pieza correcta, a la vez que se recogía la errónea.

La neumática y en especial determinados productos más complejos como por ejemplo Caja de señalización actuadores rotativos - Metal Work tiene una logística más lenta porque la sirve el fabricante directamente. Saludos

Somos un ecommerce y vivimos entre otras cosas de las valoraciones. Usted puede contestarlas o no, pero necesitamos mandarlas para saber en todo momento la satisfacción de los clientes. Usted ha hecho un pedido de un único producto y se le han mandado 2 o 3 correos máximo. Y en este caso usted está valorando negativamente el producto que nada tiene que ver con el objeto de su reclamación, perjudicando gravemente consciente o inconscientemente al fabricante y su imagen ya que como decimos muchos clientes se fían de las valoraciones.
