Estimado cliente, lo que no comenta usted es que se ha equivocado en la protección del motor y el motor ha sido quemado, además quedando demostrado con las fotos que ha aportado usted mismo de su propia instalación. Por eso recomendamos que siempre siempre siempre acudan a profesionales instaladores para que hagan sus instalaciones, precisamente para que no pasen estas cosas. La atención al cliente y el servicio técnico ha sido en este caso tan exquisita que encima le ha ahorrado costes del transporte para valorar su producto porque usted mismo ha demostrado con sus propias fotos y palabras que no ha puesto la suficiente protección al motor y lo ha quemado, no había que abrirlo y ver el bobinado para saberlo. Saludos

No conocer el plazo de entrega y tener que esperar a recibir un correo para saber la fecha de entrega me resulta difícil de encajar, ya que los plazos de entrega son de vital importancia. Así mismo me dejó hacer el pedido de un material, al día siguiente recibí un mensaje como que no había stock con el enlace para dos alternativas, vuelta a comprar y esperar nuevamente plazo. Por esos inconvenientes le pongo mala nota en envíos

Estimado cliente, vendemos suministros industriales y además en un momento con una altísima demanda y problemas en la logistica y fabricación. No vendemos zapatillas de deportes y muchos de nuestros suministros son especiales, pesados o voluminosos. No se puede predecir ni la entrega ni la preparación de los mismos como por ejemplo las zapatillas de deporte. Por eso llos tiempos de envío se dejan claro en las condiciones generales de contratación que aceptan cuando hacen los pedidos. Un saludo ADAJUSA
