No dejaron opción de envío urgente, cuando hablábamos por teléfono solo dijeron que el envío no se podía agilizar( era para un hospital y se necesitaba urgencia y no hicieron mucho caso)

El envío siempre es urgente pero tiene un periodo de preparación. Nuestros procesos no se pueden acelerar adhoc porque el cliente lo requiera, sea un hospital o máquinas paradas, barcos, y un sin fin de aplicaciones que son también importantes para nuestros clientes. Deben revisar las condiciones generales de contratación que aceptan antes de hacer el pedido, donde se les explica todo. Saludos

Cliente mal tratado pelo apoio a clientes. Colocaram em causa a honestidade do cliente. Talvez, por não quererem resolver o problema provocado pelo fornecedor. Má forma de resolver o assunto, pois a empresa é que perde clientes.
