Nous avons payé l'envoi en chronopost pour rien puisque le colis n est arrivé que le lendemain donc cela ne sert à rien.
Plus de 13€ pour une livraison normale cela fait cher

No vendemos producto usado, si el producto está dañado puede ser por el transporte o porque a usted le parezca así. Desconocemos el estado en el que le han llegado porque no se ha puesto en contacto con el servicio técnico y no ha dado opción a ver qué le pasa al producto Y antes de ponerse en contacto con el servicio técnico para ver qué ha pasado al producto para ver si está dañado y descambiarlo. Saludos

Muy descontento con el último pedido. Me mandaron un par de escuadras que una de dos: o habien sido utilizadas previamente o las tenían por ahí tiradas porque estaban en muy mal estado, de hecho me tocó pintarlas de color negro para disimular todos los arañazos y marcas que tenía.

Preparación y envío de pedido muy muy lento. Recibí la mercancía pedida con al menos 2 semanas de demora. Es más tuve que comprar en otro sitio el motor ya que ni me indicaban si me lo iban a entregar en días, semanas o meses.

Pedí recomendación para sustituir un motor con la placa de especificaciones y en muy poco tiempo, diría menos de 2 horas tenía una respuesta con las recomendaciones o posibles sutitutos, hice el pedido y todo perfecto, envío rapido y seguro, todo muy bien embalado, doble embalaje de hecho, Gracias.
