Hubo un malentendido interno en el almacén que demoró la entrega de los 2 transformadores pedidos y ya pagados.
Tuve que contactar a la oficina para interesarme por el pedido que ya llevába más de 1 semana "en preparación" sin llegar a ser enviado.
Tras esta llamada (dos en realidad) pido que me manden el transformador que tienen listo y el otro cuando se pueda.
Tras esto a los 2 o 3 días llega el paquete a mi casa que cuando lo abro...... tiene los 2 transformadores pedidos dentro..... ¿¿¿ ???
Considero el material entregado, transacción finalizada pero veo que hay desajuste interno en la empresa.

Estimado cliente,

Le indicamos que los pedidos pueden llegar a tardar 10 días como indican las Condiciones Generales de Contratación que indican cuando hacen los pedidos. Es un almacén que hace miles de pedidos mensuales a toda Europa, lo que no hay en ese minuto puede que el siguiente minuto si haya disponible el material. No hay ningún desajuste de ningún tipo.
