Aun no he recibido el pedido de este articulo, cuando llame por teléfono para reclamar el envío de este y uno mas que he comprado, me dicen que no tienen fecha de entrega. Lo compre por la web donde en ningún lado decía que no había stock, confiado porque los necesito para un proyecto, esto me retrasa toda la entrega y no me aportaron ninguna solución.
Cabe destacar que les he comprado varios artículos en varias oportunidades.

Estimado cliente,

Está valorando el producto por una rotura de stock por parte del fabricante de esta pieza, el pedido donde va este producto contiene multitud de productos y se le ha entregado todo el pedido salvo este producto. En el momento de la compra había stock y por lo tanto le dejó comprar, pero en alguna ocasión es posible que se produzcan roturas de stock. La única solución es esperar o devolverle los importes del producto. ¿Qué solución quiere que se le aporte cuando se produce una rotura de stock? No disponemos de artículo que le sustituya, si lo hubiera nuestros compañeros se lo hubieran ofrecido ya que a nosotros esto nos genera también muchos costes de transporte y logística cuando es algo que en parte es ajeno a nosotros ya que es el fabricante el que ha roto stock.
