Para que opinar si, hay alguien allí que todo lo contraviene y no hay como replicarle, es el amo de el concepto unilateral, irrevocable, corporativo. Si compramos algo por esta empresa no te permiten que lo devuelvas por nada del mundo, algo así como: "en esta tienda mando yo".

Estimado cliente, Los productos se pueden devolver en ADAJUSA si no han pasado los 14 días, no nos consta ningún email suyo solicitando devolución alguna, pero en todo caso las devoluciones se hacen desde el panel de control de la cuenta de cliente, entrando en ADAJUSA - MI CUENTA - HISTORIAL DE PEDIDOS y pinchando en DATOS, se selecciona el material a devolver y el motivo. De todas maneras recomendamos leer las Condiciones Generales de Contratación que se aceptan cuando se compra en ADAJUSA, todo lo que esté ahí es de obligado cumplimiento.. Un saludo

Hola, el pedido se atendió muy rápidamente, el envío también fue muy bien y el material comprado de calidad.

El problema es que contactamos dos veces con el servicio técnico para solicitar asesoramiento antes de la compra y la información que nos dieron era incompleta y errónea por lo parte del material recibido no nos sirve para lo que lo compramos.

Estimada cliente, rectificamos la contestación porque tanto la descripción del producto como la información aportada por aquí era incorrecta. La toma de enchufe ocupa 2,5 DIN no 2 DIN como le habíamos informado. Se procederá a dejarlo claro en la ficha del producto. Su inclusión en el catálogo es tan nueva que le faltaba información.
