O atendimento foi excelente, transporte,venda Só ouve uma coisa negativa, fiz encomenda de dois Motores iguais com mesma referencia e vieram dois motores diferentes, em que numero de rotações eram 2810 rpm e outro 2800 rpm fora disso um serviço muito bom, recomendo a empresa. Só uma nota reportei o sucedido a empresa, eles fizeram devolução do dinheiro, dos dois motores,, só esta parte é que foi negativa.

o cliente desconhece totalmente os motores. O cliente pensa erroneamente que todos os motores giram na mesma velocidade. Ele pretendia dar partida em dois motores assíncronos, movendo algo ao mesmo tempo. Imaginamos que o cliente queria rodar dois ao mesmo tempo para economizar dinheiro em comparação com um motor maior, ou economizar dinheiro comprando dois motores DC que estes se pudessem dar a mesma velocidade. Diante desse tipo de dúvida, e sendo o cliente quem quer devolver um motor porque um dá mais velocidade do que outro (obviamente), decidimos devolver a quantidade de motores, pois com certeza o cliente iria queimar o motores fazendo experimentos, em vez de consultar um profissional para ajudá-lo a movimentar o que o cliente deseja.
