He solicitado hablar con el director y se me ha cortado, sin posibilidad de expresar el malestar del servicio de su empresa. No es aceptable este modo de operar con los clientes. Los pedidos no se sirven pero lo cobran, no tiene stock de mucho material. Tener cuidado a la hora de hacer pedido. Muy mal no volveré a comprar en está empresa Adujusa, en Humanes. Usted compra una correa se le envía y al tiempo dice que se ha equivocado. Procede a hacer otro segundo pedido de otra correa, se le informa de que en esa referencia hay una rotura de stock por parte del fabricante, se le ofrece cambiar por otra correa o hacerle la devolución de los importes. Usted se enfada y amenaza con hacer "malas críticas" porque no se le sirve esa correa en este preciso momento.
