Teneis unos precios competitivos, que nos atraen mucho a los CENTROS DE FORMACIÓN PROFESIONAL que tenemos presupuestos de gasto muy limitados. Os daría un consejo: Ampliar vuestra oferta para material de Instalaciones eléctricas domiciliarias (es un material muy común que necesitamos en los colegios).

manque de protection dans l'emballage;
notice de branchement non traduite en Français et pas assez détaillée.
photo du branchement électrique tellement mauvaise, qu'on ne voit rien.
cependant le moteur est de qualité et fiable.

Bonjour, Le manuel est en anglais et n'est pas livré sur tous les moteurs. Nous vendons des moteurs pour les professionnels dans toute l'Europe. Les instructions de connexion sont dans notre blog publié. En matière de transport, on ne sait pas comment GLS a pu donner le moteur. Nous recommandons toujours que si le colis est endommagé, il ne soit pas collecté, et si le colis souhaite être collecté, informez le statut du produit et changez-le pour un autre. Cordialement

Hice un pedido hace meses. Todo correcto hasta que, una vez pagado, me mandan un mail diciendo que no había stock.

Hace unas semanas necesitaba otro motor, les mandé un mail consultando stock, me respondieron de malas maneras que si me dejaba añadirlo al carrito es que lo tienen. Les remití la cadena de correos de la experiencia previa. Acto seguido me confirmaron que lo tenian. Lo pedí. Todo correcto. A los 2 días me llaman diciendo que tienen rotura de stock y no lo tendré en tiempo. Me enfado, les mando un mail y me responden que no me han llamado ellos. El motor llega 2 días tarde pero asumible.

No es serio el sistema de organización, al menos desde mi experiencia.

Estimado cliente, Las condiciones generales de contratación estipulan que el tiempo máximo de envío es de 10 días, aunque nosotros tardemos un tiempo medio de 72 horas laborables aproximadamente desde que llega el pedido y se le entrega al cliente. Si no cumpliéramos el plazo máximo de entrega avisamos en el momento de la compra como en el pedido anterior que usted indica. Recibimos miles de pedidos mensuales de toda Europa, y si el sistema le deja comprar es que lo hay, otra cosa es que en los minutos en el que usted compra y se vaya a preparar el pedido se haya agotado, que es lo que se llama rotura de stock, se le avisa al cliente se le ofrece una solución o se le devuelven los importes.
