Hola.
He recibido un producto defectuoso, el "contactor modular 100 A 4 polos " referencia: BCH 81004PA230.
Dicho contactor tiene 2 polos sin funcionar.
Me gustaria saber como reclamar, o pedir devolucion.

El envío llego tarde, se paralizo la entrega por falta de uno de los materiales (caja de superficie), después de ponerme en contacto con ustedes y pedir que me enviaran el resto aunque tuviera que pagar otro porte, me comentaron que no había problema, que no me cobrarían mas de porte, y que para seguir el estado del envío lo podía ver en la web. Pero el caso es que el material no se envió y tardaron 3 días mas en realizar el envío. Total que tuve que buscarme la solución por otro lado

Estimado cliente,

Si la culpa es nuestra del retraso mandamos pendientes en función del material pedido, sin coste para los clientes, si a usted no se le envía en el momento es porque hay rotura de stock momentánea, bastante habitual en estos momentos debido a los problemas logísticos en los puertos y a otros factores. Estos retrasos logísticos provocan que en algún momento no se pueda tardar las 24/48 horas de media que tenemos de envío, por eso en las condiciones legales pone claramente que los envíos pueden llegar a tardar hasta 7 días en recibirse.
