He realizado durante los últimos meses varios pedidos. Entre todos la cuantía es superior a los 2000€. En el último pedido, superior a los 1000€, tuve un error en un código. He llamado para preguntar si es posible que me hagan el cambio sin costes de envios y la respuesta que tengo es que debo realizar un nuevo pedido, gestionar la devolución de los artículos que quiero cambiar y ocuparme de todos los gastos de transporte. Dado que los productos que tengo que cambiar no superan el mínimo para que sean sin costes de envío, debo ocuparme de pagar 8€+IVA por el nuevo pedido y los gastos de devolución.
La relación calidad/precio que ofrece ADAJUSA es buena pero la política de atención al cliente creo que no es la más adecuada. Se debe cuidar más al cliente en estos casos.

Estimado cliente, Ese es el problema de llamar, si usted no se identifica no se puede comprobar quien es usted, y el protocolo de la tienda es que si el cliente se equivoca ADAJUSA no puede asumir los costes de envío de material industrial, ya que lo mismo es un magnetotérmico que un motor de carcasa de fundición, porque estaríamos cambiando productos todo el tiempo debido al alto número de pedidos. No podemos asimilar los errores de todos los clientes porque de otra forma lo tendríamos que repercutir en los precios o en el mismo transporte. Un Saludo.
