Answer ADAJUSA Global
Por favor cuente toda la historia, el cliente compra por una de las dos agencias de transportes que tiene ADAJUSA GLS (la otra es CORREOS EXPRESS) y ha comprado varias veces. Al parecer tiene un acuerdo con GLS para que en vez de que lo entreguen en su domicilio lo entreguen en la oficina de GLS. En este pedido que valora Almacén se equivoca y le manda productos equivocados, el proceder de ADAJUSA es mandar un transporte recoger el producto incorrecto y entregar el correcto. El servicio contratado por ADAJUSA es Correos Express para estos menesteres. Tras intentar hacer una recogida sin éxito el cliente se pone en contacto y explica que no quiere Correos Express, que quiere GLS y que solamente quiere que lo recojan GLS, pero ADAJUSA no tiene ese servicio contratado. Tras explicárselo el cliente se enfada y pone una valoración negativa.

Muy buen precio, pero los botones no llegan a encajar bien, pones el primero sin problema,el segundo cuesta ponerlo en las guías del primero y el tercero ya no entra,y claro está que el cuarto directamente no entra. Tuve que ponerlos 1 posición correcta,2 atravesado con giro 180° 3 posición correcta y 4 atravesado. Todo es problema de 1,5 mm que falta de separación entre orificios
