Estimado cliente,

Puede ver todas las valoraciones de todos los motores que tenemos y podrá ver lo bien que se valoran y cuanto está la gente de contenta, teniendo en cuenta que estamos en el sector industrial donde el rendimiento que se pide a los componentes es máximo. Aunque la fabricación de las partes del motor sean en China, el montaje y ensamblado así como la marca es todo español. Saludos

Sobre el envío no puedo opinar puesto q lo recogí en tienda, respectó la atención me pareció que deben mejorar, no puede ser que pida dos motores esté encima toda la semana reclamando y pendiente para el día que voy a buscarlo me comuniquen que solo les llego uno y el otro no tienen stock. Eso se comunica el primer día que se hizo el pedido para poder tener opción de comprarlo en otro establecimiento que si garantice la entrega. Hasta este pedido había sido todo correcto pero con esto espero que sirva de aprendizaje.

Estimado cliente,

Nosotros garantizamos la entrega dentro de los plazos indicados en las Condiciones Generales de Contratación, pero usted ha comprado en Agosto y ha tenido la mala suerte de que uno de los dos motores que compró sufrió una rotura de stock, por lo que se le dio una alternativa en fundición, y es lo que se le sirvió con el consiguiente tiempo hasta que se ve que se pueda conseguir según sus características y montarse.. Le aprovechamos para recordarle que no tenemos tienda de atención publica, y pese a todo se le han dado las comunicaciones presencialmente cuando en condiciones normales todas las comunicaciones serían por vía electrónica.
