La foto en la web del producto no se corresponde con el producto recibido. Me puse en contacto con atención al cliente para notificarlo y me contestaron solamente que lo podia devolver. Eso ya lo se, pero ningún comentario sobre a foto. Si la foto no corresponde con el producto es un engaño. El mismo que recibí lo encontré en otras web mas barato, pero no me convencian. Me convencia el vuestro, que resultó no ser ese.

Estimado cliente, Una componente industrial no se compra por la foto como una zapatillas de deporte. Un componente se compra por las especificaciones técnicas. Hacemos miles de pedidos al mes a toda Europa y nadie se había quejado porque la foto es una foto estandar de un Soporte entre los centenares y centenares que tenemos. Se da por entendido que es una foto estandar, pero no se preocupe que pondremos un aviso en las fotos para que no haya la menor duda que es una foto estandar. Sobre lo de si es un engaño o no es un engaño, cuando usted lo compró en la misma categoría están todos los soportes con la misma foto y hay cientos de ellos. Otras tiendas directamente no ponen foto, nosotros ponemos una foto orientativa ya que es IMPOSIBLE poner una foto de las decenas de miles de productos que tenemos. Disculpe las molestia
