En este último pedido, los componentes no eran compatibles entre sí, a pesar de que eran de la misma marca, (automático y bobina de disparo de la marca Hyundai) es la primera vez que me ha pasado algo así, es posible que los automáticos hayan cambiado, este último tenía maneta negra y en un pedido anterior era de maneta naranja y si que era compatible con la bobina de disparo. No obstante al hacer la devolución, previa información por correo diciéndome los pasos a seguir, todo fue rapidísimo, en menos de 24h todo solucionado. Un 10 por la atención al cliente.

Bonjour,

Le transformateur est parfait mais il était TRES MAL EMBALLE.
Des parties en plastique bleue sont cassées surtout sur le socle et la platine de fixation était tordue.
Vous devez ABSOLUMENT emballer vos produit de manières différentes.

El producto exactamente lo que se esperaba de él, la tramitación del pedido y los plazos de entrega menos de 24 horas, excelente por tanto. Recogí el pedido en tienda por comodidad y el trato fue excelente, lo tenían todo preparado y no tarde ni 5 minutos en realizar la recogida.
