Estimado cliente,

Su pedido ha sido realizado el día 3 de Julio y entregado el día 6, no entendemos a que se refiere con varios días. Les recordamos que deben leer las Condiciones Generales de Contratación que aceptan cuando hacen los pedidos, en las que indican que los pedidos pueden llegar a tardar hasta 10 días, pero es que en su caso han tardado solamente 3 días. Los productos estaban en STOCK y en este caso no habido rotura de ningún tipo. Y el tiempo de envío ha sido de 48 horas, adjuntamos seguimiento

Usted pide una cadena 16B y una unión de cadena de rodillos para tipo de cadena 08B. Nosotros ni nuestros sistemas pueden saber que esa unión la quiere usted en esa cadena, es cuestión suya la elección del producto correcto, ya que si nosotros nos equivocamos asumimos los costes de substitución, transportes, etc, pero en este caso es que es usted el que ha elegido y comprado los productos.. En todo casi si usted quiere puede hacer una devolución de la unión.

Es que no estamos para hacer el trabajo de nuestros propios clientes, si usted necesita productos para hacerse el mantenimiento o la instalación por si mismo, necesita tener los conocimientos necesarios para la instalación de lo que usted necesita, nosotros no tenemos por qué conocer qué es lo que quiere usted hacer ya que necesitaríamos de mucho tiempo y conocer el problema para poderle asesorar, y no está en nuestras labores, para ello deberá contactar con personal cualificado que le asesore..
