*** CUIDADO *** No tienen todo el material anunciado en existencia.
Hice un pedido y les faltaba un material y no tenían ni idea de cuando lo recibirían.
O sea que si lo necesitas tendrás que volver a hacer pedido con sus consiguientes gastos de envío. No me ofrecieron ni un descuento para el siguiente envío.

"Estimado cliente, estamos esperando recibir mercancía, y su pedido esta completo a excepción de los 20 m de cable flexible unipolar 1 mm color rojo, AÚN NO TENEMOS FECHA DE ENTRADA, si quieren podemos dárselo en otro color o si no puede esperar le podemos abonar esta línea."

Estimado cliente,

La rotura de stock viene por parte del fabricante español TOP CABLE, nosotros le hacemos la indicación y ofrecemos soluciones, en este caso otro cable de otro color, o abonarle el producto, no podemos hacer otra cosa más al respecto por lo que vale el producto comprado que es MUCHO MENOS que lo que valen los portes. Ware wurde beschädigt angeliefert. Da ich das Wochenende verreist war konnte ich nicht innerhalb 24 Stunden reklamieren.
Hätte den gebrochenen Kondensator selbst getauscht. Jedoch wurde eine kostenlose Ersatzlieferung abgelehnt .

Señores,
Es imposible responder de la satisfacción de las compras porque deberíamos dedicar una persona a esa función. Los usuarios no podemos responder sobre la impresión que tenemos del cepillo de dientes que acabamos de comprar o de la media docena de tornillos o de lo bien que lo hemos pasado en un hotel o de lo maravilloso que ha sido recibir un paquete. Es imposible responder a este bombardeo permanente y completamente innecesario.
Es de agradecer que ustedes, al menos, tengan la decencia de permitir este comentario. En la mayor parte de los casos la encuesta es de tipo test dirigida a obtener el resultado más beneficioso para la empresa que lo formula.
