La description du contacteur avec relais et protection thermique déclare ce produit valable pour un moteur alimenté en 220 monophasé pour une puissance de 1kw, soit 1,4kw absorbé, donc une intensité absorbée Max de 6 à 7A. Hors, le relais saute après 10sec en marche a vide. Ie schéma de branchement unique montre un branchement triphasé. Le moteur fonctionne parfaitement lorsqu’il est branché en direct.
Pourquoi ce contacteur ne fonctionne pas correctement ?

Je crois vous avoir déjà dit que je me suis trompé dans ma commande parce que la description de vos produits ne sont pas assez explicites.
Ma commande était un boîtier démarreur avec protection thermique intégrée pour une pompe à eau de préfiltre pour piscine de 1,5 KW en 220V monophasé.
Sur le boîtier reçu, la protection thermique saute au bout de 3à 5 sec sans être en charge.
Quel est le matériel que j'aurais dû vous commander?

Le composant fait son travail, on ne sait pas ce que consomme votre pompe, mais un moteur de 1,5kw consomme normalement 6,01/3,84 A, il faut donc chercher un démarreur qui couvre 90% de la consommation. Mais dans ce cas vous avez acheté un démarreur 1.6A. C'est pourquoi il est très important que vous consultiez du personnel qualifié pour l'installation de produits industriels. Dans ce cas, mettre une note basse sur le magasin n'a pas de sens. Cordialement ADAJUSA
