Commande passée le 16 mai 2023. Première livraison avec des produits défectueux (démarreurs moteur triphasés). Produits renvoyés. Deuxième tentative de livraison... Nous avons reçu un radiateur
chauffe piscine (chercher l'erreur).
Finalement nous venons de recevoir aujourd'hui 21 juin 2023 notre commande.
Si vous avez du temps à perdre vous pouvez passer commande.

Nous sommes désolés pour ce qui s'est passé, mais comme vous pouvez le voir, nous avons de bons commentaires et nous ne faisons généralement pas d'erreurs, mais avec vous, nous l'avons fait deux fois, les deux fois corrigées puisque vous n'étiez pas en faute.

Rien à dire sur GLS qui travaille vraiment bien; suivi, information rien ne manque.
Sur ADAJUSA, c'est moins bien, si le colis est bien préparé, son contenu n'est pas pour moi; par contre ma commande à disparue. . peut être à l'adresse de la société qui avait commandé la pièce que j'ai reçue. Toujours est il qu' il à fallut 8 jours de plus pour enfin réparer ma machine. Enfin, soyons positif.
