Usted es un cliente español y realizó el pedido el Miércoles Santo, por lo que tanto Jueves como Viernes son inhábiles, sin contar Sábado Santo y Domigo de Resurreción, sabe perfectamente las festividades en estas fechas. En todo caso su pedido llegó el miércoles siguiente dentro del plazo que indican las Condiciones Generales de Contratación que aceptan cuando hacen el pedido. Un Saludo ADAJUAS

Se recibió un producto con características diferentes a las indicadas en el propio producto y para reclamar te dicen que escribas un correo con la incidencia.
Vayanse al guano. Esto no es un servicio de atención al cliente. Si el producto no corresponde se tienen que hacer cargo de la devolución de inmediato. El error es suyo, no mío.

Estimado cliente,

Usted está comprando en un ecommerce, no está comprando por catálogo por teléfono. Si usted tiene un problema con un producto lo primero es ir a la web y haber gestionado la devolución por la web, cosa que al parecer no ha hecho. Si el producto no corresponde, cosa rara ya que a estas fechas no ha realizado la devolución por la web, tiene que habernoslo documentado por email mandando las fotos correspondientes o como le comentamos haberlo realizado por la web. Pero a día de hoy, seguimos saber qué producto es el que supuestamente tiene características diferentes. Saludos ADAJUSA
