El pedido cuando indica 24 a 48 horas es una vez preparado y expedido. Pero todos los pedidos tienen una manipulación, y más siendo suministros industriales. Le recordamos que deben leer las Condiciones Generales de Contratación que aceptan cuando hacen los pedidos, que ahí es donde se informa de los costos, tiempos, devoluciones, etc...

Instalamos un estabilizador de tensión trifásica y llevamos una semana intentando recibir una respuesta de atención al cliente porque al estabilizar las fases trifásicas se nos han descompensado todas las monofasicas y no tenemos ninguna respuesta , entiendo que deberían tener un servicio de post venta para que algún técnico pueda ayudar con sus equipos .
Estamos hablando de un equipo que cuesta 2000 euros .
