No hay asistencia tecnica Online, solo por email, los emails se pueden leer o no leer....
Cuando solicite un tecnico para que me pasara un esquema (que no lo había en la caja) para conectar un pedal de maniobra, me contestaron que el teléfono solo era para compras online, que pusiera un email y ya me responderían.
Por favor señores, ustedes venden a empresas y cuando se les compara algo es porque el que tenemos en funcionamiento no funciona y nos va de dias y no esperar una contestación por email

Contestamos mucho más rápido por email que por teléfono, los emails tardan unos minutos en responderse, salvo festivos y fines de semana que pueden demorar algunas horas, pero nunca días como usted comenta. Si solamente quiere que le enviemos un esquema al final tendremos que recurrir al email, por lo que para qué no quiere utilizar el email o el formulario de la web? Saludos ADAJUSA
