Llevo más de 10 años realizando pedidos. Solamente una vez he realizado una reclamación, y fui compensado por ello.
Cuando ha surgido algún problema (por etiquetado), se ha solucionado sin dificultad. Tras las mejoras continuas en el tiempo no ha vuelto a ocurrir.
En cuanto a la atención al cliente, jamas he tenido problema alguno, todo ha sido amabilidad.
Por último, en cuanto a envío, solo puedo decir que es muy rápido. En mi caso 24h-48h de espera por paquete.

Me sorprendió que esta vez no hubiese caja de plástico para las piezas, en su lugar había bolsas para recoger las piezas. Me parece una mejora ya que la idea de obtener un tablero enrollable con sus piezas es la de ocupar menos espacio y facilitar su transporte.

Llevo más de 10 años realizando pedidos. Solamente una vez he realizado una reclamación, y fui compensado por ello.
