Buen trato, seriedad y amabilidad. Gran profesionalidad. Aunque me llegó el tablero con un desperfecto, entendible debido al transporte. Inmediatamente, me puse en contacto con la tienda. Me atendieron estupendamente y a los pocos días me habían cambiado el tablero por otro.
Por cierto , el acabado de las piezas es muy estético, con un toque de elegancia. Y en lo referente al tablero al tablero, decir que tiene muy buena calidad.
Muy satisfecho con el trato y la cortesía.

Buena gestion de articulos , pero no entiendo porque hay un exceso de articulos dedicados a la apertura y no encuentro un curso de tecnificacion en video dedicado a la comprension del paso del medio juego al final.Considero esto vital para el progreso del jugador.Si algun dia poseis un curso al que hago referencia ,por favor ,no dudeis en facilitarme informacion al respecto, pues estoy muy interesado en ello.
