Peón de Rey es una revista de gran calidad, con artículos muy interesantes (torneos, actualidad, historia, ejercicios,...) para diferentes niveles, y escritos por autores de primer orden. Siempre encuentro material para aprender y disfrutar.

Un buen libro en el estilo muy personal de Lakdawala, entre un lenguaje serio y cierto humor. 80 juegos, algunos de ellos muy conocidos, pero otros sacados de cierto cofre del olvido, pero no por ello menos excelentes. Una selección muy personal del autor y por tanto subjetiva, pero equilibrada. Precio aceptable para un libro de bolsillo (¡y los libros de ajedrez están a precios altísimos sin justificación!).
Es casi seguro que el libro será aceptado por muchos jugadores apasionados por la Historia del Ajedrez y coleccionistas de libros de juegos seleccionados.
