No pongo menos porque no hay, llevo 3 días encerrada a la espera de recibir el pedido y el paquete cuando lo reciba a ver como llega y si llega. No me dan solución nada más que hay lio con el black friday para repartir. Encima si lo devuelvo me cobran los portes.. que ni he usado porque no se sabe ni donde está el ambientador. Pésimo trato. Conmigo que no cuenten más y no lo recomiendo para nada.

Hola Mar, sentimos la incidencia con el envío. De nuestras instalaciones ha salido en tiempo y fecha. La agencia de transporte es la que no ha realizado bien su trabajo al demorar la entrega. Miriam (la chica de la agencia de transporte) y nosotros siempre hemos estado informando y haciendo todo lo posible para solucionarlo, por lo que creemos que el trato ha sido correcto. Estamos gestionando tu envío para realizar la entrega lo antes posible. Esperamos que entiendas que no podemos controlar el trabajo del transportista. Tuve problemas con el envio. Primero me dijeron que llegarían de una a cuatro pero llegaron antes y no avisaron. Después una chica me dijo que al día siguiente llegaría y estuve en mi casa todo el día y no llego y luego al día siguiente ha por fin llegó.
