Esta me la enviaron con todo el plastico roto. Y era para regalar. Le echan la culpa al transportista, pero no....ya la enviaron así

Hola Ana. Nosotros enviamos todas las tarts con su plástico correctamente. Ese tipo de ceras tienen más aceite y llegan con ese aspecto de fábrica. En ningún momento el producto pierde sus propiedades. Tal y como te dijimos en el correo, el tiempo de reclamación son 2 días una vez se recibe el producto. Recibimos noticias tuyas a los 7 días, por lo que fuera de plazo no es imposible abrir reclamación alguna.

Hola Ana, tal y como te indicamos en el primer correo, el tiempo de reclamación es de 2 días una vez se recibe el pedido para poder gestionar la incidencia. Recibimos las fotos 7 días después, por lo que nos fue imposible realizar reclamación alguna.
Tardamos segundos en contestar tu primer correo con las indicaciones pero si no sabemos nada de ti hasta después de una semana, ya nosotros no podemos hacer nada. Por supuesto que nosotros no enviamos ningún producto con el embalaje abierto. Ya te comentamos que ese tipo de tarts son mas aceitosas y tienen ese aspecto pero no pierden sus propiedades.
