O tapete era o que pretendia e estou satisfeita por isso. No entanto vinha com riscos de marcador preto de anotações de medidas para corte e tinha um estrago entre 2 laminas. A produção do tapete deixou a desejar.

Muito obrigado pela sua mensagem. Vamos encaminhar o caso para a oficina para verificar o que aconteceu. Não é o habitual. Já fabricámos imensos tapetes de bambu e isto não é normal. Vamos verificar isso.
Quanto às lâminas de bambu, trata-se de lâminas de madeira natural, que podem conter nós, fibras, etc., que são características intrínsecas da própria madeira. Por se tratar de um material natural, nem todas as ripas são iguais :-) Claro que, se detetarmos alguma ripa partida ou quebrada, reparamo-la ou substituímo-la para que o tapete fique em perfeitas condições :-)
