La compra fue fácil y el producto se recibió correctamente. El envío no tanto; se agradecería algo más de flexibilidad, porque al no saber que día/hora llegará, puede haber incertidumbre. Por ejemplo, que el repartidor llame por teléfono unas horas antes sería de agradecer.

Sobre el envío, es lo más complicado de todo, a veces los repartidores no se organizan de la forma más eficiente y sí que generan un poco de incertidumbre, pero bueno, por nuestra parte siempre tratamos de solucionarlo todo cuanto antes.
