No se si te refieres a que no lleva tarjeta SIM, o aunque incluye micrófono, no lleva altavoz y hay que comprarlo por separado.
Hay muchos clientes que usan su tarjeta SIM, o no necesitan un altavoz, por eso lo vendemos así

Con el equipo adjuntamos una guía rápida en castellano con todos los pasos para la puesta en marcha
La app s-home, el menu de la pantalla y la voz del panel, también están en castellano
