Tarjeta caduca saldo a los 3 meses.
No dice nada en ningún sitio.

Mal muy mal.

Gasto el saldo y dejó de utilizar.
Prueba para futuras instalaciones mal, un mal recurso.

Para que no caduque el saldo puede activar el servicio denominado MANTEN TU LINEA, 5 € el primer año, 3 € los siguientes años (las tarjeta prepago debe tener como mínimo una recarga trimestral para evitar que se inactive)
En la documentación que le enviamos aparece el enlace hitsmobile.es/EspacioHits para poder activarlo a través de la web, o a través del telefono llamando a HitsMobile en el 1212 , 634 30 1212 o gratis en el 800 654 321

La Aplicacion da error en el listado de detalles de aviso de alarma y la alarma push también esto crea inseguridad .
Mejorando esto , la alarma cumple perfectamente con su cometido .

Es posible que sea algo relacionado con la linea, puede comprobar haciendo una llamada de teléfono al panel, este deberia de responder, tambien puede comprobar el saldo de la tarjeta de pago

Si, algunos clientes nos preguntan si se puede ajustar el volumen sonoro de la sirena, por norma general todas las sirenas (exteriores e interiores) tienen un volumen sonoro fijo
