Hola Aimara B. siento mucho lo que ha pasado, realmente a nadie le gusta recibir un pedido en mal estado, te ruego disculpas por ello. Voy a seguir tu caso y lo voy a trasladar a la Agencia de transporte ya que el producto que compraste iba perfectamente envasado y no debía haber sufrido ningún deterioro. Por lo que después de ponerme en contacto con la Agencia te comentaré las soluciones propuestas. Gracias por tu sinceridad así podemos ir mejorando.
