Hice un pedido del pack alisado de tanino que llegó muy rápido pero en mal estado, las botellas no están bien selladas y sale el producto! Además en la imagen sale con dispensador y el mío no los tiene. He llamado al nº de teléfono que indican y no coge nadie. Finalmente he enviado un mail y estoy a la espera de solución.

Hola Lola, he hablado contigo nada mas llamarme. No entiendo eso de que no te he cogido el teléfono, con respecto al dispensador tienes razón, la marca ha cambiado el packaging y no lo hemos actualizado en la web es verdad, siento de hecho voy a cambiarlo para que no haya confusión.
TE he comentado y hemos hablado para darle una solución que creo que en ningún momento se ha negado nada por lo que te ruego te replantees tu puntuación. Gracias

Hola, he dado esta valoración antes de hablar contigo, porque si es cierto que llame al 966271717 en varias ocasiones y no obtuve respuesta!! Podrás entender mi enfado? En fin que me he precipitado en cuanto a la valoración! Aunque como te expliqué , pienso igual del envase del producto. Muy bien la atención y regular el producto por el envase.
