I thought the whole service was faultless, unfortunately the dress didn't suit me, which I have since returned and am awaiting a refund. I also purchased a dress when holidaying in Las Americas two weeks ago, and absolutely love it, the staff were so pleasant and helpful

Je suis très satisfaite du produit que j’ai acheté, la commande a été simple à passer, le paiement facile et sécurisé a priori. La livraison a bien été coordonné par étapes, mais je n’ai pas été prévenu (comme il était dit) du jour exact de la livraison. Le colis est arrivé sans encombre contresignature avec le facteur.
J’ai fort apprécié qu’il n’y ai pas de supplément pour la livraison.

Ne pouvant me rendre dans vos magasins qu’une fois par an, je continuerai donc à commander sur Internet les articles de vos collections entre mes visites dans vos boutiques de Tenerife
