Primer pedido por no hacerlo directamente a la conservera y suelo consumir muchas latas de anchoas y solo me he encontrado problemas, primero no pude ver hasta varios días después la confirmación por correo debido a que los correos estaban en spam(No es responsabilidad de ustedes es lógico ) Después Seur no realiza un segundo intento de entrega como es obligatorio por normas, y ahora he comprobado que he comprado una de las latas en salazón sin aceite por no tener un distintivo que lo identifique, muy mala experiencia

Como usted indica que los correos le lleguen a spam no podemos hacer nada. También hablamos por teléfono de esta situación, de la entrega fallida de Seur y donde estaba depositado el paquete. No suele ser habitual qeu se deposite en un punto si el cliente no lo solicita pero todo puede ocurrir y por eso estuvimos en contacto y buscando una solución, que fue ir a recogerlo por tratarse de ser viernes y estar cerca de su domicilio.
Respecto a las latas, el propio nombre del producto indica Anchoas en Salazón. Sentimos las molestias si desea cualquier cambio, debe ponerse en contacto por teléfono o email y lo resolvemos.
